The Republic of Eulba is a state located on the Yubyan Peninsula (aka New Yubyan Archipelago). Formerly a constituent republic of the Kalmec Union, it gained independence in 2177 following the Eubbean liberation wars. Eulban politics are complicated by its legacy of Kalmec rule, its longstanding left-wing political movements, and nationalist land reclamation politics across the peninsula. Ethnocultural conflict has wracked the state since its independence, but compromise and abatement have characterized the Salita cabinet, which has overseen the rehabilitation of Sakdalista United Front members and tolerance edicts of Obeliskos and ethnic Kalmecs.
